EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS (IMPORTANT)
Please read carefully before requesting any exchange or refund
JK Lingerie and 2saucy.co.uk will offer a guarantee that if you are dissatisfied with the products ordered from us, particularly products in faulty condition we will either exchange them for products of equal value or provide a refund, provided of course that the products are returned to us unworn with labels intact and that they are in a proper and resaleable as new condition. In order for an exchange or refund to be made they must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have ordered your correct size – please see bra sizer for additional guidance.
If you wish to return goods, please detail items being returned and reason for return and post them to us, ensuring they are securely packed and you obtain proof of sending from a post office – should goods fail to reach us we will require evidence of posting.

NOTE: We are unfortunately unable to exchange/refund any thongs/g-strings/boyshorts/briefs/panties etc that are not sold as a set.

No contract will commence between you and JK Lingerie and 2saucy.com for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until we accept your order by email confirming that your goods have been dispatched. For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. In instances where the product has already been despatched we will arrange collection from the original address free of charge.

Whilst every effort has been made to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible on our website, the actual colours you see will depend on your own monitor. We cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your monitor will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. JK Lingerie and 2saucy.co.uk takes all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on our website are correct at the time the information is entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been entered onto our website incorrectly including prices and promotional activity. Prices are subject to change and without notice. All goods offered on our website are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered is out of stock before your order is accepted, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. Our website is updated on a regular basis.
